What to do if you get a negative review on your profile

Our aim is to balance the freedoms of an open forum where members can freely express their opinions, while safeguarding the reputation of professionals and businesses.

In case of negative reviews:

If you receive a negative review, you may add your response which will appear below the review (read Respond to reviews).

If you believe a review on your profile is incorrect and does not relate to you or comes from persons which you never consulted or engaged with, please contact our support team. We will immediately remove the review from your profile until we contact the reviewer and receive further clarifications. If the review is confirmed then it will be reposted, alternatively it will be edited or deleted.
