To reset your password:

First login to your account.

Open the Account dashboard page and go to Settings.

In the Password section select Reset password.

Type in the email that you use to login to your account.

You will be asked to confirm your request for password reset via an email send to your login email account.

For security reasons, if the email typed does not match with the login email stored for your account, then the password reset process cannot be completed.

Follow the instructions in the email.

Once you confirm you may be able to set your new password.
